A certificate of attendance can be printed on site from Friday 27 May 2011 at the registration area of the Congress. It can be used by the participant to claim CME points in his/her own country.
The EULAR Congress 2011 has CME approval for the official scientific programme. Exact number of points will be confirmed on-site
on the Certificate of Attendance. Satellite symposia are not CME
approved unless the organisers have gained approval for the symposium from UEMS.
Congress documents should be collected on-site at the registration
desk at the ExCel London. Name badges must be worn visibly at all
times during the congress and in the exhibition area.
During official breaks, complimentary coffee and tea will be served in the exhibition/poster area. Restaurants and sandwich bars will be available in the congress centre.
The official congress language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
All requests from companies/organisations to host private events during the congress must be submitted in writing to the EULAR Secretariat by 1 March 2011 at the latest.
All the rooms at the congress centre are fully accessible to participants
with disabilities.
Smoking in the congress centre is only permitted in designated
areas.
A free transport "London Pass" will be given to each registered participant at the congress, available for the 4 days of the congress. The London public transport network gives access to buses, trains and the London "tube" for unlimited journey within zone 1-6 and to airports London Heathrow and City.
