Accompanying persons under the age of 16
Please note that, for safety and security reasons, access to the EULAR congress is not possible
for persons under the age of 12.
Persons between the age of 12 and 16 inclusive must be duly registered as accompanying persons and
must wear their name badge. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Accompany Person Registrations allow access to the opening ceremony and welcome reception and to
the exhibition area, but not to the scientific programme and the respective areas of the congress
centre

This letter must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive the congress bag and
badge.
Changes and Cancellation Policies
Cancellations and changes to your original registration (including excursions and gala dinner)
must be made in writing to the MCI reservation department before 15 April 2008. An administrative
fee of EUR 45 will be deducted from all refunds. No fees will be refunded after this date.
