MEDIA CREDENTIALS POLICY
The Press Centre is only open to members of the working press. Identification will be required when you arrive at the Congress. Freelance journalists must also provide a letter of assignment.

A Press Pass will be issued to journalists (including freelance journalists) for recognised:
  • journals, magazines and news publications
  • news agencies
  • broadcast media
  • on-line news services or e-journals
Representatives engaged in the following are NOT entitled to a Press Pass but may register as a delegate:
  • public relations
  • sales and marketing
  • advertising
  • commercial exhibitions
Press Pass - access and facilities
  • the scientific sessions listed in the programme
  • the press conference
  • the Congress Exhibition
Corporate press materials and product information will not be distributed in the Press Centre.

Embargoes
Journalists are required to observe embargoes as indicated by the Press Release or by the date and time of the beginning of each session. Thank you.

Patients
The organisers of the Annual European Congress of Rheumatology request that journalists respect patient confidentiality and seek permission, as appropriate, if publicising a case study, in which there is any chance that an individual or group of individuals could be identified.

Filming and recording
Filming and recording of the scientific sessions is not permitted. Filming and interviews can be arranged through the Press Office.

The organisers of EULAR 2008 reserve the right to refuse a Press Pass.
