Standing Committee of People with Arthritis/Rheumatism in Europe (PARE)
The national organisations of people with arthritis/rheumatism across Europe work together via the EULAR Standing Committee of PARE. Each member country is represented with one delegate in the committee. The Standing Committee meets twice a year on the occasion of the EULAR congress and the EULAR Autumn Conference to review progress and plan future activities.

Educational programme and bursaries As part of their aims and goals, the EULAR Standing Committee of People with Arthritis/Rheumatism in Europe provides an extensive educational and bursary programme, including an educational exchange visit programme, travel bursaries to the EULAR Annual European Congress, the EULAR Autumn Conference, and the Stene Prize.
