Standing Committee of People with Arthritis/Rheumatism in Europe
European Health Forum Gastein
In connection with the will to make the voice of people with arthritis heard by European decision makers, the PARE Manifesto in the past, and now the Standing Committee of People with Arthritis/Rheumatism in Europe, venture into activities around the European Health Forum Gastein, a major gathering venue for key stakeholders in European health policy.
Realising the importance of the event in the political milieu, today EULAR as a whole participates
in the Forum, with the aims of the Alliance Against Arthritis in view. Thus, a debate on the burden
of rheumatic diseases is being prepared, which will hopefully lead to more awareness on the
importance of rheumatology and treatment for rheumatic diseases.
