CRM / IT Administrator (100%), Kilchberg – Zurich

 The European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) is the organisation which represents the people with arthritis/rheumatism, health professional and scientific societies of rheumatology of all the European nations. EULAR is a non-profit scientific and educational association recognised by Swiss law.

The CRM / IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting the administration of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and upkeeping the first line of EULAR IT administration processes.

 

Your main tasks:

  •  Providing assistance to customers in resolving issues by communicating with other departments within the company as needed
  •  Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information.
  • Organising and updating customer databases that contain information such as contact details, purchase history, and preferences.
  • Providing support for membership activities by creating reports on lead conversion rates and contacting potential members.
  • Creating training materials for new hires about company products and policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving customer satisfaction through surveys and focus groups.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that members requests are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Developing reports that track members activity over time to identify trends in behaviour or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement.

Providing support to members by answering questions and resolving problems regarding products or services they have purchased.


Your side tasks:

  • Responsible for coordination and communication on organisation ticket service desk. For example; Ticket tracking - prioritisation, tracking and escalation to EULAR IT service provider.
  • Ensuring communication/coordination in CRM related projects
  • Picking up EULAR users and initial analysis of incidents/service requests before escalation to EULAR IT Service Desk ticketing system
  • Hardware asset management for EULAR employees
  • Assistance with hardware purchase (online)
  • Introduction of new employees, training, offboarding, etc. (with regards to their accesses)


 Your profile:

  • Higher education diploma (preferably candidates who have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field)
  • Previous experience in administrating CRM systems / applications
  • Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and keep track of multiple projects and tasks at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English, German or any other European language a plus
  • Strong team player
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Availability to travel internationally.
  • Interest in working with diverse people from different cultures.
