EULAR Immunology course: 2018

This is a selective course, with competitive admission, for young rheumatologists and rheumatology researchers with a confirmed interest in immunology.
Do you qualify for an education bursary in 2017?
A substantial number of bursaries will be awarded in 2017 for different events and EULAR courses to people who would otherwise not be able to attend the event in question. The amount granted by EULAR each year is in the region of Euros 200,000.
Call for proposals: ACR and EULAR
The ACR and EULAR are accepting proposals for new collaborative projects in the areas of classification and response criteria. A Declaration of Interest, project outline, disclosure, and CV must be submitted via email by May 3. Funding for projects becomes available in July 2018.

Meet the Stene Prize 2017 Jury
Every year, the Stene Prize is awarded to the person with a rheumatic or musculoskeletal disease (RMD) who submits the best essay describing his or her individual experience of living with their condition.
The annual award of the Stene Prize will take place in March 2017.

EULAR calls for ambitious EU health and safety legislation by the end of 2016
A key concern voiced at #EULARbrussels2016 on the occasion of WAD in Brussels was that lower working standards in order to cut `red tape´ could be counterproductive and further increase the already huge burden of rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions in the workplace.

Every year EULAR funds one health professional (HP) research project in the field of RMDs that is in line with the mission, objectives and goals of EULAR. Projects will be funded up to a maximum of EUR 30,000.
