EULAR Tools and products
EULAR places importance on the promotion of task forces aimed at facilitating, standardising and evaluating specific tools commonly used in rheumatic disorders.
The following four tools are available:
The EULAR RAID and PsAID score
The EULAR RAID and PsAIRD score has been designed to aid the development of a patient-derived score to assess the impact of rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis from the patient perspective. The study was designed to elaborate and validate a disease activity score for rheumatoid and psoriatic arthritis, based on patient-perceived symptoms:
RA and PsA Impact of Disease Score (RAID, PsAID): A patient life impact measure.
The EULAR Outcomes Measures Library (OML)
The EULAR Outcomes Measures Library is part of the call on research proposals in the field of patient-reported outcomes, launched in 2010. OML is designed as a comprehensive database of validated patient-reported instruments (indices, questionnaires, scales, or others) used in rheumatology. Read more
Reporting longitudinal observational drug studies in rheumatology
This checklist is an educational tool. It has been produced to assist the following:
- Authors in writing reports on longitudinal observational drug studies in rheumatology
- Editors and peer reviewers in reviewing manuscripts for publication
- Readers in critically appraising published articles
EULAR-OMERACT rheumatoid arthritis MRI reference image atlas
The EULAR–OMERACT rheumatoid arthritis MRI reference image atlas is a tool for improving assessment of rheumatoid arthritis-affected joints using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The atlas is based on the Outcome Measures in Rheumatology Clinical Trials (OMERACT) RA MRI scoring system (RAMRIS).
