ILAR Clinical Rheumatology Editor-in-Chief 2024 - 2028

The International League of Associations of Rheumatology Executive Committee announces the search for the position of Editor-in-Chief, ILAR Clinical Rheumatology. Clinical Rheumatology, published in partnership with ILAR, is an international fully indexed peer-reviewed publication with original clinical investigation and research in the field of rheumatology with an accent on clinical aspects at the postgraduate level.

The journal covers modern trends in clinical and experimental research, management and evaluation, and diagnostic and treatment procedures for inflammatory, immunologic, metabolic, genetic, and degenerative soft and hard connective tissue diseases.

The official term of the next Clinical Rheumatology editorship is January 1, 2024–December 31, 2028; however, some of the duties of the new Editor will begin during a transition period starting September 1, 2023. ACR, EULAR, PANLAR, APLAR, or AFLAR members who are considering applying for the position should complete the application (link below) and all materials via email by June 5, 2023 with the subject line: “ILAR Editor-in-Chief Application” to  (ilar@rheumatology.org).

    3.       Review and complete the  ILAR Clinical Rheumatology Editor Application and provide the following required information/documents and submit application:

      1. Completed Editor Application
      2. Personal Letter of Application explaining your interest in the Editor-in-Chief position and the qualifications and experience you would bring to the position
      3. Current Curriculum Vitae (CV)

    2. Separate PDF Letter from Applicant’s Institution indicating support for your application to the position
