EULAR’s Advocacy efforts are focused on bringing the needs of the rheumatology community to the attention of European political stakeholders at the European Union and national levels.

The Education Committee formulates and promotes education and training opportunities in rheumatology by developing tailored materials and courses, by facilitating broad access to these educational offers, and by fostering to the harmonisation of educational standards in rheumatology across Europe.

The Quality of Care Committee improves the lives of people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs) by developing recommendations, points to consider and further guidance on the prevention, diagnosis, classification, and treatment of RMDs.

The EULAR Research Committee serves as the focal point for rheumatology research in Europe and is the conduit for international research collaborations and interactions with the larger rheumatology research community around the world.

The EULAR PARE Committee gathers representatives of rheumatic and musculoskeletal user groups around Europe to work together towards improving the quality of life for people in Europe living with these conditions, with the vision to empower and help them lead full and independent lives.

The EULAR HPR (Health Professionals in Rheumatology) Committee's main function is to promote multidisciplinary collaboration in the treatment of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases in Europe.

EMEUNET is an exciting community that started its activities in 2009, emanating from one of the objectives set by EULAR – "Bring on board high quality, young generation contributors in all EULAR activities".

Paediatric Rheumatology is especially concerned with the care and understanding of a broad spectrum of autoimmune and auto-inflammatory diseases affecting children and young people.
